Charlie Maher

My name is Charlie Maher (he/him) and I am a third year at UO studying Psychology and Computer Science. Last summer, I finished interning for the Learning Brain and Development Lab at Northeastern University working on the development of emotional intelligence with fMRI data. I have a deep passion for mental health from working in the childcare field for over 5 years. I want to focus my education on developing the science behind mental health and the pursuit of solutions to the mental health problems many people face each and everyday. In my free time, I enjoy playing for the University's hockey team and enjoying the beautiful west coast with my friends and family.
