Our Team
Alyssa Herman, M.S.
Alyssa (she/her/hers) is a fourth year Clinical Psychology PhD student at the University of Oregon. She graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a BA in psychology and a minor in Applied Developmental Psychology. She previously worked as a research assistant at Children’s Institute, a community mental health agency in Los Angeles. Her research focuses on identifying strategies to reduce barriers to accessing mental health services and enhancing the distribution of mental health information. Currently, Alyssa is exploring how digital mental health can improve the dissemination of mental health information. Clinically, Alyssa is receiving training to deliver evidence-based therapies to youth across a variety of settings. During her free time, Alyssa enjoys to read, spend time outside, and craft.
